Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We also do not accept goods that are intimate goods.

- Some medical supplies and personal care products To complete your return, we require a receipt or confirmation of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us. There are certain situations where only a partial refund is provided (if applicable) - a book with clear signs of use

- CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that was opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or lost for reasons not related to our mistake.
- Any item that has been returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Late or missing returns (if applicable).
If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.
Next, contact your bank. Often there is processing time before sending the refund.

Sale of goods (if applicable)
Refund is possible only at regular prices, unfortunately, for sale it is not possible.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at labs.vector@gmail.com and send your product to the address that we will indicate in the letter

If the product was marked as a gift upon purchasing and sending directly to you, you will receive a gift credit in the amount of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If during the purchase the goods were not marked as a gift, or the donor received an order that was sent to you later, we will send a return to the donor and he will know about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the goods. Shipping cost is not refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time during which your exchanged product reaches you may vary.

If you ship items worth more than $ 75, you should use the delivery tracking service or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
